- New barn is equipped with heated stall area (stalls 10 x 12)
- 80 x 200 indoor arena
- 2 outdoor riding arenas with all weather footing, turnouts and fenced pastures
- With over 50 combined years of experience in training and showing horses at all levels, KKT Performance Horses
has helped horses and riders develop their greatest potential.
- All breeds and disciplines are welcome. Coaching is also available for 4H and open show competitors

Talkin Texan AKA Tracker is a ten year old registered Quarter Horse gelding by Sweet Talkin Chip.
He is a true All-Around horse, with points in Showmanship, Halter, Western Pleasure, Horsemanship, Hunter Under Saddle,
Hunt Seat Equitation, and Trail! He now has 199 AQHA points, 65.5 OF THESE POINTS ADDED IN ONE HORSE SHOW!!
(6/6 - 6/11 Iowa QH Seven Day Run). He also is an Incentive Fund Money Earner. He placed 7th at the 2007 Congress
in the Amateur Hunter Under Saddle and was a Finalist at the 2009 Congress in Novice Youth 14-18 Hunt Seat Equitation,
as well as a semi-finalist in the Novice Youth Hunter Under Saddle. He is currently qualified for the 2011 AQYHA World
Show in Horsemanship, Hunter Under Saddle, Hunt Seat Equitation, Performance Geldings, and an alternate in Showmanship.
Over the past three years, we have won numerous All-Around Awards and Circuit Champion awards. He has his Youth Performance
ROM and also a Youth Halter ROM. Tracker has a willing personality and is calm, sound, and a pretty mover. Selling because
